New Day Leadership began in January 2006 as leaders from 31 different for-profit and nonprofit organizations participated in an eight-module session titled “Experiencing Transformation and Renewal through Teamwork.”
Since its inception through this event, New Day Leadership has continued to spawn highly interactive experiences that utilize multimedia presentations, introspective planning, one-on-one consulting, triad discussions and large-group dialogue to facilitate discovery and learning.
New Day Leadership extends the invitation to assist you and your organization in:
- Defining Your Organizational Values
- Building Agreement and Consensus Among the Masses
- Helping Members Become Best-fit Contributors
- Making Wise Empowerment Decisions
- Establishing a Culture of Authentic Teamwork
- Allowing Coaching and Mentoring to Replace Managing
- Overcoming Barriers Through Creativity
- Exploring the Power of Scenario Planning
- Determining the Best, And Worse, Practices of Leadership
- Unleashing the Contagiousness of Servant Leadership
Specialized instruments such as VALOR© Sorting Cards, Force Field Analysis, DiSC® Behavioral Analysis, Personality Styles Study, LPI (Leadership Practices Inventory), The Hedgehog Concept, Rhodes’ Color Questioning, Fish boning, Situational Leadership Model, Cross-functional Teams, and Quick’s Communication Styles are among the tools helping to facilitate these experiences.
Consider the following comments from participants of the New Day Leadership experience, and contact me today if I can be of assistance to you and your organization.
